Get Kelwin to do your event!
Kelwin was everything that we wanted and more. You say, come on man, he's a Harvard grad. What could he possibly know about DJing? Everything! All I know is there is another Harvard grad rocking the White House.
Kelwin was on QUE! Every song we had on the list, he played. I asked him the day of, while he was setting up to play two songs that he did NOT have and before the reception was over, he played them. I never asked twice. He was on it.
From us coming in on a funny note (the theme song to the Jeffersons), to poignant notes with our first dance (Al Green's Simply Beautiful) to special songs for Father of the Bride (My Girl) and Mother of the Groom (What a Wonderful World), he covered all bases. Jazz, Hip-hop, R&B, Pop, Slow Jams and midnight grooves. He knew when to kick it up and slow it down so that people knew they were at a wedding reception that was also a celebration.
